SK Viswanath brings to the table his two decades of work experience in the BFSi sector with country level strategic and leadership positions in organizations like HDFC Bank, Indiabulls group and Kotak Mahindra. He was instrumental in setting up the retail assets team of HDFC Bank across South India during its formative years. His expertise lies in articulation the vision for the company and strategizing the execution. A believer in creating extraordinary results out of ordinary people, his management style, a combination of hands off as well as wherever required hands on approach, involves developing people to work with passion and result orientation.
Over two decades of experience in General Insurance, Retail Assets and Wealth Management as former Vice President & National Sales Manager, HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co. With expertise in handling the DST and setting up the Virtual office vertical. Previous stints as Vice President II and Zonal Manager, Equitas Small Finance Bank handling their Outreach Banking (Business Correspondent vertical), Channel Head for DST at DBS Cholamandalam and Area Head, Car loans for HDFC BANK managing Kerala & Karnataka states.
Om has around 30+ years of rich experience IT Delivery management and has worked with fortune 500 customers across the globe, involving in engagements with variety of business models. He has extensively worked in the Retail/Logistics, Fintech and Manufacturing domains and executed multiple engagements in Supply chain, POS, General Merchandise, Material Management, PPM, Warehousing, Sales/Distribution, Shipping, ERP and CRMs. His customers include Citibank, Stanchart Bank, New york stock exchange-DTCC, Panasonic, Intel, Fiserv, World Bank etc.
He is currently focused on offering ERP, Application services, Mobile, Blockchain, and Generative AI enablement as services. He is working in building a secure, scalable tech stack and constantly innovating with these hot technologies to empower clients.
Sundar brings over three decades of core retail experience, including 18 years at ICICI Bank and leadership roles in CV, car, tractor, and rural businesses. He has worked across various geographies and functions, with a primary focus on sales & distribution.
R L Narasimhan is a seasoned professional with three decades of experience, holding a commerce degree and originally hailing from Chennai, India. He began his career in 1994 with Indbank Merchant Banking Services and later held significant roles at Centurion Bank and HDFC Bank. With 23 years dedicated to the banking sector, Narasimhan has developed deep expertise in customer service, operations, team leadership, and strategic management. His extensive experience and insights make him a valuable asset, driving excellence.
Hemalatha is a seasoned HR leader with over 16 years of experience across diverse sectors, including IT, ERP, ITES, manufacturing, educational institutions, and banking & financial services. She holds an MBA in HR and Finance from Madras University. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions to organizations such as Doyensys Oracle Consultant Services, Refex, and HDFC Bank Ltd.

Venkateswaran has 26 years of rich experience in banking and finance industry and worked in reputed organizations like IndusInd, Yes bank, ICICI bank, Ashok Leyland Finance. In his prior roles has managed Vehicle loans, Personal loans, Agri loans and other financial service products across Pan India and has expertise in Sales & Marketing, Collections & Recovery, Strategy Planning, Team Management & Relationship Management.
A passionate leader with proactive approach having good communication skills, expertise in market plan execution, market function & analysis and a long track record of successfully management with extensive knowledge of CV/Car industry having 23 Years of progressive experience with well-known NBFCs like STFC, Indiabulls, DTDC Courier, Magma Fincorp etc. Extensively worked and expanded business & network in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh & MP. Vasant BR is a seasoned finance and administration professional with over 28 years of experience. Vasant's expertise spans across various financial disciplines including accounting, auditing, MIS, and company secretarial practices. He is well-versed in cash and bank management, GST, stock statements, PF returns, income tax filing, report generation, financial account finalization, and managing IT hearings. Vasant's strong analytical skills also contribute to his ability to generate insightful MIS reports. In addition, his experience in company secretarial practices ensures effective governance through the meticulous preparation of agendas followed by action execution.
